A multilayer structure having a layer of adherent resin composition (A) and a layer of another resin (B), characterized in that the adherent resin composition (A) is composed of thermoplastic resin (a1) having at least one functional group selected from the group consisting of a borate group and boron-containing groups convertible to a borate group in the presence of water and polyolefin (a2) not having such a functional group, the thermoplastic resin (a1) and the polyolefin (a2) blended in a weight ratio (a1/a2) of 1/99 to 15/85, particles of the thermoplastic resin (a1) with 0.1 to 1.2 μm average particle diameter dispersed in a matrix of the polyolefin (a2). Consequently, there can be provided a multilayer structure that even when the content of resin having a specified functional group in the adherent resin composition layer is reduced, exhibits excellent interlayer bonding strength. |
