titleOfInvention | Cannula for a combined dental irrigator and vacuum device |
abstract | A cannula assembly (340) is removably mountable to a syringe body (312) having a pair of side-by-side chambers (324a, 324b); there being an opening (330,332) into each chamber at a bottom of the syringe (310). The cannula assembly (340) comprises a connector (342) and a dual lumen assembly (344) extending from the connector. The dual lumen assembly comprises a pair of tubes (390,392) defining two fluid paths (394,396). The connector (372) comprises fluid paths which, when the cannula assembly is mounted to the syringe, place the fluid path of one (390) of the tubes in fluid communication with one (324b) of the syringe body chambers and the fluid path of the other (392) of the dual lumen tubes in fluid communication with the other (324a) of the syringe body chambers. |
