abstract A plastic material is produced by using at least four starting componenets (A, B, C, F), from which at least first (A) and second (B) primary components are mutually reactive. A chemical reaction of said two primary componenets (A, B) is accelerated by adding at least one type of secondary component (C) used in the form of a catalyst. In addition, the tertiary component (F) is used in the reaction in the form of a filler, in particular a colorant. The inventive method consists in forming a first multi-component system (BF; CF; BCF), in particular in the form of a storable intermediate component, simultaneously containing, at least proportionally, the secondary (C) and tertiary (F) components, in forming, by use of the first multicomponent system, a second flowable, in particular liquid, multicomponent system (ABCF) containing the starting componenets (A, B, C, F) with a concentration enabling the primary components (A, B) to chemically react therebetween, in obtaining a plastic material, by means of the second multicomponent system (ABCF), by reacting the first (A) and second (B) primary components contained in said system therebetween, at least proportionally and in producing, in a simple manner, a liner inside the tube by applying the second multicomponent system (ABCF) on the internal, in particular metal, wall of the carrier tube, which is used in the form of the component of a in-line measuring device.
