abstract |
It is proposed a contact of metallized plastic surfaces consisting of 4-10 microns Cu, 5-9 microns Ni and 0.05-0.2 microns Au, which is roughened below the metallization by laser irradiation and an electrical conductor track structure with a contact area for the connection of Al or Au bonding wires of 18-50 microns, wherein the laser-generated cavities and pores are compressed in the contact areas by a stamp. |
