abstract |
The invention provides a method for forming antireflection films comprising a step that simultaneously accomplishes sintering of a coating film containing an antireflection film precursor formed on the surface of a glass body, and tempering of the glass body. It is thereby possible to form antireflection films at satisfactorily low cost. |
