abstract |
This invention relates to polyurethane resins based on aromatic-aliphatic polyester alcohols and to processes for their preparation by reacting the polyester alcohols with di- and / or polyisocyanates, if appropriate in the presence of additives. The invention also relates to new polyester alcohols having a molecular weight of M n 250 to 750 and a computational functionality f n between 2.01 and 2.3, which consists of a) 25 to 45% of at least one aromatic dicarboxylic acid, b) 3 to 22% of at least one aliphatic dicarboxylic acid, c) 30 to 72% of a diol or several diols, d) 0.1 and 12% of a triol or triols exist, wherein the aliphatic and aromatic dicarboxylic acids are distributed statistically in the chain via the diols and the triols are randomly distributed in the chain only via the primary hydroxyl groups, so that the hydroxyl numbers are between 150 and 450 mg KOH / g. |
