abstract An anti-haemorrhagic dressing kit suitable for administering an anti-haemorrhagic drug, in particular for treating haemorrhages of traumatic origin in emergency situations comprises a drug with an active principle selected from the group comprising the amino acid sequence 1-24 of the adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH 1-24) and all the fragments and analogues thereof, and analogues of fragments, with agonist activity on the MC4 melanocortin receptors, and all the synthetic agonists, also with a non-peptide structure, of the MC4 receptors for the melanocortins, for example tetracosactide esacetate, and an autoinjector (1) suitable for automatically injecting said drug into a patient.
