abstract | A back surface protective sheet for use in a solar cell and a solar cell module using the back surface protective sheet, which can endure a severe environment over a long period, in particular which can improve environmental resistance such as hydrolysis resistance or weather resistance and dimensional resistance, and in addition which excels in various characteristics such as heat resistance, moisture resistance, gas barrier characteristics, physical strength, and which can be produced at a very low cost, are provided. Such a back surface protective sheet for use in a solar cell is a back surface protective sheet used for a solar cell, which is constituted from laminating non-oriented transparent polybutylene terephthalate film with a gas-barrier evaporated film consisting of an inorganic oxide in which the gas barrier evaporated film is disposed to the solar cell element side. |
