titleOfInvention | Process for producing aggregated latex particle |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a novel granulating process in which desired coagulated latex particles can be recovered in high yield while secondary aggregation and generation of fine particles are suppressed under as wide a temperature condition as possible without degrading the original quality possessed by a polymer itself in the polymer latex. A process for producing coagulated latex particles includes spraying or adding dropwise a polymer latex into a gas phase containing an inorganic salt and/or an acid in an aerosol form, and dropping or feeding droplets of the polymer latex into an aqueous phase containing a dispersant. In the process for producing coagulated latex particles, the polymer latex preferably includes a water-soluble polymer compound having a physical gel-forming property. |
