abstract |
Method for the recognition and the quantitative evaluation of mixed textile fibers of animal source, comprising the steps of: n- preparing and conditioning of the fibers to be analysed; n- extracting of the proteins by means of demolition of the fibers, and subsequent centrifugation; n- dosing the mixture of proteins contained in the fibers; n- separing by electrophoresis the mixture of proteins; n- transferring the proteins on a membrane and reacting with at least a specific monoclonal antibody; n- marking with an enzyme conjugated secondary antibody; the said enzyme reacting with a substrate so as to provide a chemiluminescent product; n- detecting the chemiluminescence by means of a photoplate and; n- scanning and analysing of the obtained images by means of a processor provided with a suitable program. |
