Method for the high-speed detection and/or measurement of a lipase or phospholipase activity |
abstract |
The invention relates to a method for the in vitro detection and/or measurement of a lipase or phospholipase activity. Said method is characterised in that it consists of: the addition of a sample that can contain a lipase or a phospholipase into the wells of microtitration plates coated by a layer of a lipid substrate that can be hydrolysed by said lipase or phospholipase by releasing a-eleostearic acid; and the detection and/or measurement of the lipase or phospholipase activity by UV spectrophotometry of the a-eleostearic acid released during the previous step. The invention also relates to the application of said method to the in vitro diagnosis of pathologies linked to an increase in the lipase plasma level. |
