titleOfInvention Reactor for the continuous and simultaneous production of different polyester products having adjustable variable viscosity, the progress of the process being regulated via the hydraulic drive system/s
abstract The invention relates to a device for continuously degasifying reaction products of a carboxylic acid or dicarboxylic acid with a multifunctional alcohol, which can be used for creating intrinsic viscosities of up to 0.9 dl/g. The product is distributed onto the reaction area located in the inlet section via slot nozzles (16) at the inlet into the reactor before running down to the bottom while required reaction surface of the product is additionally created in a proactive manner by means of a product receiving device (17). The inventive reactor is composed of several reaction zones which are driven by separately operated rotors encompassing associated hydraulic systems, respectively, said hydraulic systems being installed outside the reactor. Measurable variables from the mode of operation of the hydraulic systems are used for controlling the reaction of the product in order to influence the obtention of predefined product parameters and qualities. The reactor is provided with one or several individual product outlets according to the product properties that are to be obtained.
