titleOfInvention Adhesive composition for alginate impression material
abstract An objective of the present invention is to provide an adhesive composition for an alginate impression material having excellent adhesive property to materials of various kinds of impression tray such as metal, plastic and the like, and having an effect to a paste type alginate impression material which does not conventionally have sufficient holding force to an impression tray. The adhesive composition for an alginate impression material, has the feature that 1-50 weight % of one or more kinds of compound selected from rosin, ester gum and polyamide resin are dissolved in an organic solvent. As the organic solvent, isopropyl alcohol, ethyl acetate, toluene and the like can be used. Although those can be independently used, the organic solvent obtained by combining isopropyl alcohol and ethyl acetate or isopropyl alcohol and toluene is preferable.
