The invention relates to compounds of formula (I), wherein Z is a N(R<SUB>1</SUB>)XR<SUB>2</SUB>,<SUB/>N(R<SUB>1</SUB>)COOR'<SUB>2</SUB> or OCON(R<SUB>1</SUB>)R'<SUB>2 </SUB>group; X is a -CO-, -SO<SUB>2</SUB>-, -CON(R<SUB>10</SUB>)- or -CSN(R<SUB>10</SUB>)-; R<SUB>1</SUB> is a hydrogen atom or an (C<SUB>1</SUB>-C<SUB>4</SUB>) alkyl group; R<SUB>2</SUB> is a (C3-C<SUB>10</SUB>) alkyl group, a (C<SUB>3</SUB>-C<SUB>12</SUB>) carboxylic non-aromatic radical, a heterocyclic radical, a non-substituted or substituted phenyl and a (C<SUB>1</SUB>-C<SUB>2</SUB>) alkylene substituted by one or two equal or different substituents; R<SUB>3</SUB> is a hydrogen atom, or a (C<SUB>1</SUB>-C<SUB>4</SUB>) alkyl, cyano, (C<SUB>1</SUB>-C<SUB>4</SUB>) alkoxymethyl or hydroxymethyl group. The inventive method can be used for preparing and therapeutically using said compounds. |
