In order to form a remote detection device comprising an optical parametric oscillator, a detection device for detecting backscattered light, and an evaluation device, which is mechanically stable, it is provided that the light transmitter device is a master oscillator amplifier system which is coupled to the optical parametric oscillator, comprising a laser oscillator as master oscillator which emits a single-mode pulse beam, and with an amplifier device following the laser oscillator which amplifies the laser light, wherein the amplifier device is coupled to the optical parametric oscillator. |
