Preparation for external use comprising an ionic liquid |
abstract |
An external preparation having excellent percutaneous absorption ability for ionic drugs is provided. An external preparation which comprises the following components (a) and (b); ncomponent (a): an ionic drug, ncomponent (b) : an ionic liquid containing a cation and an anion. By this construction, the ionic liquid functions as a solubilizing agent for the ionic drug and thereby the solubility of the drug in the external preparation increases, so that percutaneous absorption ability of the ionic drug is accelerated. |
