abstract |
The present invention provides an inexpensive extrusion die and extrusion molding apparatus which are capable of uniformizing flow rate and pressure distribution of a thermoplastic resin in width and thickness directions of the thermoplastic resin upon forming a sheet by extruding a thermoplastic resin, especially a thermoplastic resin containing a foaming agent, and readily accepting expansion/contraction of the sheet in the width and thickness directions. An extrusion die for extruding a thermoplastic resin composition comprises a resin path symmetrically branched plural times in a flow direction of a thermoplastic resin, and an extrusion molding apparatus comprises the extrusion die connected to a uniaxial or biaxial extruder. |
