Polypeptides having tannase and/or lipase activity |
abstract |
The invention relates to nucleic acids and proteins coded therefrom which have a comparatively very high tannase activity and/or lipase activity. The tannases are provided with a broad substrate spectrum and crack both condensed and hydrolyzable tannins. The inventive tannases are easy to produce, thus allowing the expenses for using tannases in industrial applications to be reduced. |
