titleOfInvention | Grating spectrometer system and method for measurement recording |
abstract | The present invention relates to a grating spectrometer system for both polychromatic and monochromatic spectrometer arrangements.n n n The grating spectrometer system according to the invention consists of a light source for illuminating the sample to be examined (6), a diffraction grating (1), imaging optical elements, arranged in the image plane detector and a control and regulating unit (8). The light source used is individual light sources, preferably LEDs (7.1 to 7.3) of different spectral characteristics whose spectral range covers several diffraction orders in the image plane. Of the control unit (8) only the LEDs are switched on individually or in groups that do not illuminate in any diffraction order the same location of the arranged in the image plane individual detectors (9.1, 9.2).n n n The proposed solution is suitable for both polychromatic and monochromatic spectrometer arrangements, the scope of application being determined by the spectral sensitivity of the detector used. By utilizing a plurality of diffraction orders, the resolution can be increased while the detector size remains the same or the detector area can be reduced with the same imaging quality. |
