The present invention relates to a recombinant host prokaryotic cell comprising a replication-initiating protein that activates an origin of replication on a circular-shaped DNA molecule, the latter being useful in gene therapy, and comprising at least one nucleic acid sequence. therapeutic, vaccinal, agronomic or veterinary interest, thus ensuring the production of said circular DNA molecules. |
