abstract |
[PROBLEMS] To regulate the differentiation of a mesenchymal stem cell line originating in bone marrow into steroid-producing cells. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] Mesenchymal stem cells can be differentiated into steroid-producing cells by stimulating the mesenchymal stem cells with a transcription factor (SF-1), preferably the transcription factor (SF-1) together with cAMP. Namely, a method of differentiating mesenchymal stem cells into steroid-producing cells by stimulating the mesenchymal stem cells with the transcription factor (SF-1). Use may be also made of cAMP in the stimulation. |
