Polymeric fluorescent label |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a fluorescent label characterized by containing a hydrophilic polymer having an anionic group, a polyether derivative, and a phosphor, in which the phosphor is bound to the hydrophilic polymer via the polyether derivative, and also relates to a fluorescently labeled recognition substance labeled with the fluorescent label, and an immunoassay method using the recognition substance. nThe sensitivity of the analytical method is thereby improved. |
