abstract | [PROBLEMS] n To provide water-containing chocolates produced by kneading chocolates together with water or an aqueous material, which little harden immediately after the production or during storage with the passage of time, or which contain an increased amount of such a material that inherently has a favorable taste but can be used only in a limited amount because of easily hardening; and chocolates usable as starting materials thereof. n [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] n Water-containing chocolates produced by kneading chocolates having a lecithin content of 0.2% by weight or less (i.e., being smaller than the content in usual chocolates) or preferably containing little lecithin, together with water or an aqueous material, or water-containing chocolates containing 0.2% by weight or less, or preferably containing little lecithin would scarcely harden with the passage of time. |
