[MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] There is provided a method of detecting an analyte, characterized in that a substance capable of specific binding to an analyte is bonded via a spacer to specified magnetic beads to thereby obtain a labeled specific binding substance, and the analyte binds to the labeled specific binding substance to thereby obtain a binding product, and any magnetic signal obtained from the binding product is detected to thereby achieve the detection of the analyte.
