titleOfInvention | Method of genotyping by hybridisation analysis |
abstract | This invention relates to methods of genotyping individuals, in particular to methods for assigning a genotype to a nucleic acid sample by analysis of the melt curves of the nucleic acid sample hybridised with a nucleic acid probe. Analysis is performed by applying one or more grouping lines to a population of melt curves and assigning each grouping line to a genotype. The genotype of a nucleic acid sample in the population is determined by identifying the grouping line which intersects the melt curve of the nucleic acid sample. |
