A compound represented by the formula (I) (wherein ring A represents an optionally further substituted nitrogenous heterocycle; rings B and C each represents an optionally substituted aromatic ring; R1 represents hydrogen, an optionally substituted hydrocarbon group, acyl, or an optionally substituted heterocyclic group; Z represents optionally halogenated C1-6 alkyl; Y represents optionally substituted methylene; m and n each is an integer of 0 to 5, provided that m+n is an integer of 2 to 5; and --- indicates a single bond or double bond) or a salt of the compound. These compounds have excellent antagonistic activity against tachykinin receptors, especially against an SP receptor, and are useful as medicines such as a tachykinin receptor antagonist and as preventive/therapeutic agents for abnormality in the lower urinary tract function, digestive diseases, or central nervous diseases. |
