abstract |
The invention relates to an optical lamellar structure comprising at least two layers and a sensor based on this lamellar structure. The lamellar structure comprises at least one substrate layer, at least one (optical) wave-guiding layer and a launching element for launching the optical radiation, whereby the layer adjacent to the wave-guiding layer has a lower refractive index than the wave-guiding layer, and at least one layer is made of a photoaddressable polymer. |
