The invention describes a process for rapid analysis of pasty and liquid eutrophic substances, after which a sample of this is filled into a container pre-filled with a carrier and this is transferred to a laboratory. From the sample, the gross weight is determined, a defined mixture of carrier material and substance taken from the container for determining the dry matter and dried the remaining amount. The analysis is carried out by means of reflectance spectroscopy in the range of wavelengths from 400 nm to 2500 nm. It is the quantitative content of organically bound nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen, total carbon, organic acids and chemical oxygen demand, organic and inorganic substance and pulps determined from the measured absorption values of a single sample by statistical comparison of different absorption bands at specific wavelengths with the spectral measurement results of a group of samples of similar chemical composition by means of known multivariate calculation methods. |
