abstract |
An article that accurately exhibits a desired level of photocatalytic performance can be obtained by way of adjusting the surface roughness precisely to an arithmetic-average surface roughness (Ra) of 0.78 µm or less as measured in an area of 100 µm x 100 µm by a laser microscope and is exposed to the external environment, and forming thereon a photocatalytic film and a hydrophilic film in sequence. The article is one that does not conventionally have such an Ra. |
