abstract |
A process for determining whether a tumor sample has potential for tumor progression is provided whereby the overexpression of four genes, transmembrane receptor tyrosine kinase DDR2, transmembrane receptors PMP22 and EMP3 and cell adhesion molecule N-cadherin in a sample is analyzed. Kits suitable for performing the invention are also provided. Methods for deriving a candidate agent are also disclosed. |
