| abstract |
The invention relates to a heating device for samples in the field of life science with at least one cassette with horizontally oriented storage bins for storage of sample carriers, in which gas for heating the samples is guided on the cassette, and a method for heating such samples, which within a storage room are arranged and in which gas is passed to heat the samples on this. The heating device has a housing with a storage space arranged therein, which is designed for the supply and removal of gases and for the storage of the at least one cassette. Furthermore, a gas circulation device is provided which serves to circulate the ambient gas of the storage room. The advantage here is that the samples are heated quickly, evenly and gently. |
