An amide derivative represented by the formula (I): [wherein A represents cycloalkyl, aryl, or heteroaryl; X represents nitrogen or CR17; Y represents NRa, -(CRbRb')m-, etc.; m is 0 to 4; R1 to R17 may be the same or different and each represents hydrogen, halogeno, cyano, nitro, carboxy, formyl, hydroxy, ammonium, optionally substituted alkyl, ZR18, etc.; Z represents -O-, -S(O)p-, -S(O)pO-, -NH-, -NR19-, etc.; and R1 may be bonded to R2 to form a ring] or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, hydrate, or solvate of the derivative. They are used in medical applications such as anti-inflammation and analgesia. |
