The invention concerns non-conjugated luminophor compounds having semiconductor properties, as well as their production and their use in organic light-emitting diodes, organic solar cells, organic photodetectors and organic field effect transistors. Said luminophors are co-polyarylboranes of type K which are transformed, only when a suitable electric field is applied and/or when substituted by the aryl R substituent donor, into a type of structure which acts like a conjugated polymer.
