titleOfInvention | Material for photovoltaic film, solar cell, process for producing photovoltaic film material and process for producing photovoltaic film |
abstract | To provide, in relation to a dye-sensitized solar cell, nan inexpensive photovoltaic film material which can solvenproblems arising from usage of a sensitizing dye comprising annorganic substance; and a solar cell having the photovoltaic film. n A photovoltaic film 30 comprises photocatalyst-coatednparticles which include inorganic material particles, titaniumndioxide particles coated on the surface of the inorganic materialnparticles, and lithium particles attached to the inorganicnmaterial particles and/or the titanium dioxide particles. Thenphotocatalyst-coated particles are obtained by means of:nproducing a mixture in which an aqueous solution obtained bynmeans of mixing titanium hydroxide gel and aqueous hydrogennperoxide, powder consisting of the inorganic material particles, nand water; leaving to stand a second mixture obtained by meansnof mixing the mixture and lithium chloride aqueous solution, nthereby obtaining a product material in which titanium hydroxidenis coated on the surface of the inorganic material particles;nand thereafter baking the product material. Thenphotocatalyst-coated particles are formed into paste with thenuse of a binder, and coated onto a conductive glass plate, tonthus form a coating. |
