Epidermal keratinocytes not incorporating magnetic particlesntherein and epidermal keratinocytes incorporating magneticnparticles therein were seeded in a 24-well ultra-low-attachmentnplate, and cultured for one day after a neodymium magnet was placednoutside the bottom of the well. As a result, control epidermalnkeratinocytes not incorporating magnetic particles therein didnnot adhere to the bottom of the well and did not form annundifferentiated cell sheet. On the contrary, epidermalnkeratinocytes incorporating magnetic particles therein, whilenbeing attracted to the bottom of the well by magnetic force, formedna multilayered cell sheet. This cell sheet could be easilynrecovered by removing the neodymium magnet placed outside thenbottom of the well, then bringing a magnet having a hydrophilicnfilm attached thereto close to the cell sheet from upside andnto attract it via this hydrophilic film, and lifting it. |
