The invention relates to a method for determining vitamin B12, B6 and/or folic acid disorders and in particular to the differential diagnosis of vitamin B12, vitamin B6 and/or folic acid disorders using three independent measuring variables. The differential diagnosis method can be used to identify a vitamin B12, vitamin B6 and/or folic acid deficiency, to recommend the required treatment and also to monitor the course of treatment and the treatment's success. |
