The present invention provides anfluorine-containing compound represented by the followingnformula (1):n n, in the formula, X represents an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom;nRf represents a fluorine-containing alkyl group having 4 or morencarbon atoms; r represents the number of Rf-X- groups bondednto an aromatic ring and is an integer of 1 or more; s representsnthe number of fluorine atoms bonded to an aromatic ring and isnan integer of 1 or more; and r+s is an integer of 2 to 5. |
