In the measuring device for a biosensor innaccordance with the present invention, a biosensor is usednwhich includes: a sample supply port; an electrode systemnhaving a measurement electrode and a counter electrode; and anportion where a sample can be irradiated with light in atnleast part of a sample supply pathway, to detect electricalnand optical variations in the sample and determine a physicalnfactor of the sample, so that a measurement value can bencorrected.
