titleOfInvention METHOD AND DEVICE FOR DIVIDING CHARGES IN A NETWORK
abstract The present invention relates to a device and a method for subdividing data service charge in mobile communication network, more particularly, a system and a method for receiving an accounting start request from a wireless data service device, wherein the wireless data service device is one selected from a group consisting of IWF and PDSN, producing a usage-amount data of the subscriber based on a data call signal being transmitted on the mobile communication network, and responsive to an accounting stop request from the wireless data service device, transferring an accounting request corresponding to the usage-amount data to an AAA. The present invention can apply the graduated billing for the each service group in the mobile communication network.
