abstract |
An object is to provide a film preparation comprising anpolymer harmless to living bodies and being highly adhesivento the skin; and a film preparation further containing anpharmaceutically active oily ingredient and being highlynadhesive to the skin. More specifically, provided is anfilm preparation comprising a drug, a wetly shear-trituratednlow-substituted cellulose ether having a molar substitutionnof from 0.05 to 1.0 per anhydrous glucose unit, and a water-solublencellulose ether, and having 100 minutes or greater ofnadhesion ability to the skin. The preparation becomes anskin-adhesive hydrous sheet having excellent skin adhesionnafter it is wet with water as it is used. |
