Polyester fibers having a deformed section arenproduced from a polyester polymer which is obtained bynpolycondensing an aromatic dicarboxylate ester in thenpresence of a catalyst containing a mixture of a Tincomponent (A) comprising at least one a titanium alkoxidenor a reaction product thereof with a specific carboxylicnacid or its anhydride with a P compound component (B)nrepresented by the following general formula (III) and/orna reaction product of a Ti compound component (C) with anP compound component (D) represented by the followingngeneral formula (IV). The obtained fibers have anfavorable color tone and excellent qualities withoutnshowing fluffing. |
