A conductive paste for a terminal electrode of anmultilayer ceramic electronic part, comprising (A) anspherical conductive powder which comprises chiefly copper, nand which has a vitreous thin film on at least a portion ofnthe surfaces thereof, (B) a flaky conductive powderncomprising chiefly copper, (C) a glass powder, and (D) annorganic vehicle, and may further contain (E) an aliphaticnamine. When baked to form terminal electrodes for multilayernceramic electronic parts, this paste exhibits extremelynsuperior binder removal characteristics at low temperatures, nand furthermore, it is superior in terms of oxidationnresistance, binder removal characteristics and firingncharacteristics with no need for strict control of the firingnconditions, thereby dense terminal electrodes that arensuperior in terms of adhesion and conductivity can be formed. |
