The present invention relates to a catalyst composition fornpolymerization of olefins comprising at least two catalytic components;nand the polymerization process using that catalyst composition. Thencatalyst composition comprises:n a) at least two catalytic components, wherein a first catalyticncomponent (A) is of the formula (I)n nwherein: M 1 is a transition metal from the lanthanides or fromngroup 3, 4, 5 or 6 of the Periodic System of Elements, Q 1 is annanionic ligand to M 1 , k is the number of Q 1 groups andnis equal to the valence of M 1 minus 2, R 1 is anbridging group and Z 1 -Z 6 and X 1 -X 4 nare substituents, wherein R 1 contains at least onensp2-hybridized carbon atom that is bonded to the indenyl group at then2-position, and wherein a second catalytic component (B) is also activenfor catalyzing the polymerization of olefins and is different from thencatalytic component (A);and b) a cocatalyst. |
