abstract |
The present invention relates to cancer gene sequences, derived amino acid sequences and methods for analyzing potential anti-tumor agents based on their modulation of the expression of these cancer linked genes. The invention also relates to antibodies which react with the polypeptides of this invention, as well as methods of using these antibodies to treat cancer conditions, which methods include, for example, using the antibody to target cancer cells in vivo so that therapeutic agents are released into these cells. The invention also relates to diagnostic methods using the above-mentioned gene sequences. |
