abstract The invention aims at providing a method for fixing a protein on a conductive polymer, useful in particular for making a sensor or a multi-sensor, for example a biochip. This, and much more, is achieved by the inventive method for fixing a protein on a pyrrole polymer comprising the following steps: coupling the protein to be fixed with pyrrole so as to obtain a first solution of a protein-pyrrole coupling compound, preparing a second pyrrole solution not containing the protein, mixing said first solution with said second solution to obtain an electropolymerization solution, electropolymerizing the pyrrole and the pyrrole-coupled protein on a conductive support from said electropolymerization solution.
