abstract The invention relates to preparations containing partially quaternised, amino-functional organopolysiloxanes and to their use in aqueous systems on textile substrates. Said preparations contain: (1) between 2 and 60 per cent by weight partially quaternised, amino-functional organopolysiloxane; (2) between 2 and 40 per cent by weight emulsifier; (3) between 0 and 15 per cent by weight hydrotropic agent and (4) between 20 and 95 per cent by weight water, with the proviso that the total nitrogen content of component (1) is between 0.05 and 2.0 per cent by weight, related to the total composition of component (1).
