titleOfInvention ANTI-AGING COMPOSITION
abstract It is intended to provide an antiaging composition by which skin aging can be effectively retarded and, in particular, skin pigmentation can be improved. It is also intended to provide a method of potentiating the antiaging effect of ascorbic acid or its analog. Namely, an antiaging composition characterized by containing (A) at least one member selected from the group consisting of ascorbic acid, its derivatives and salts thereof; and (B) a purine nucleic acid-related substance. A method of using (A) at least one member selected from the group consisting of ascorbic acid, its derivatives and salts thereof together with (B) a purine nucleic acid-related substance to thereby potentiate the antiaging effect of the component A.
