abstract |
Disclosed herein are an anisotropically conductivensheet usable in impedance measurement in a high-frequencynregion of at least 1 GHz, particularly a high-frequencynregion of at least 10 GHz, and an impedance-measuring probe,nwhich can prevent a board to be measured from being damagednupon impedance measurement and can achieve high reliabilitynon measurement in a high-frequency region of at least 1 GHz,nparticularly a high-frequency region of at least 10 GHz. n The anisotropically conductive sheet of the inventionnformed by containing conductive particles exhibitingnmagnetism in a sheet base composed of an elastic polymericnsubstance in a state dispersed in a plane direction thereofnand oriented so as to align in a thickness-wise directionnthereof. A thickness of the sheet is 10 to 100 µm, annumber average particle diameter of the conductivenparticles exhibiting magnetism is 5 to 50 µm, a ratio W 1 /Dnof the thickness W 1 to the number average particle diameternD of the conductive particles exhibiting magnetism is 1.1nto 10, a content of the conductive particles exhibitingnmagnetism is 10 to 40% in terms of a weight fraction, andnthe sheet is used for impedance measurement in a high-frequencynregion. n The impedance-measuring probe of the presentninvention is equipped with the anisotropically conductivensheet described above, and is used in a high-frequencynregion. |
