The present invention relates to a photocatalystncoating liquid capable of forming on an organic substrate anphotocatalyst film that is excellent in photocatalyticnfunctions such as super-hydrophilic nature and thenperformance of maintaining super-hydrophilic nature in andark place and that has excellent durability, thenphotocatalyst coating liquid being excellent in stability,nand a photocatalyst film formed therefrom, and there arenprovided a photocatalyst coating liquid comprising (A)ntitanium oxide fine particles formed of anatase typencrystal, (B) colloidal silica and (C) a binder formed of anhydrolysis-condensate of a titanium alkoxide, and having,nbased on the total solid content, a component (A) content ofn5 to 50 mass%, a component (B) content, as a solid content,nof 25 to 75 mass% and a component (C) content, as a TiO 2 nslid content, of 10 to 55 mass%, and a photocatalyst filmnformed from the above coating liquid. |
