titleOfInvention | Chimeric recombinant protein and in vitro diagnosis |
abstract | The invention relates to recombinant DNA coding for a chimeric recombinant protein comprising at least two first nucleotide fragments, each coding an epitopic region of the HIV -1 virus of group M or group O or the virus HIV-2, at least one second nucleotide fragment coding a linking region, at least one third nucleotide fragment coding a fixing region, characterized in that each first nucleotide fragment codes at least one immunodominant region of glycoprotein gp 120 of HIV-1, of glycoprotein gp 41of HIV-1 of group M, of glycoprotein gp 41 of HIV-1 of group O or glycoprotein gp 36 of HIV-2. The invention also contains a recombinant chimeric protein coded by the above-mentioned DNA, and the use of said DNA and/or said recombinant protein for in vitro diagnosis. |
